EAT CLEAN. TRAIN MEAN. GET LEAN.One of the most amazing things that I have ever been told, is that I am someone's fitspiration.. I'm Gracie, 23 years young, qualified primary school teacher (with a Physical Education major) and personal trainer, with a passion for health and fitness. I think we need to gravitate away from the idea of diet and exercise as a means to lose weight, but rather view them as a way to gain health and improve fitness for a better quality of life. In March 2014 I made my stage debut in INBA's Rising Star and Rookie of the year as a first time fitness competitor; however I feel that competing is not healthy, and took away my passion for working out as it became a chore, not a choice. I am now aiming to find more balance in my life and live healthily in general to become stronger, sexier and happier for LIFE, not just for stage. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me!

What a message signe, brought a smile to my face (:
1. Thank you!
2. Haha besides actually feeling better and fitter, boobs are a major motivator! I hope I do get my 6 pack one day!
3. Yessss. I think it’d be such an achievement to be someone’s body motivation. When I eventually reach my goal, I’ll definitely post some photos out there!
4. Thank youuu. Mainly reblogged from my newsfeed though, can’t take all the credit :(
5. Well. They’ve gotten ridiculously strong. Through planks, reverse crunches, Russian twists, and side planks, and I’ve just taken up rowing which also has helped my core strength. But I need to refine my diet to lose the top layer of fat! Ughhh.

That’s such an amazing thing to hear! Thank you!
I mainly do heavy weight training - a 5 day split. Then no more than 2 HIIT trainings per week. The weight loss came a lot from diet though, which has really complimented my hard work in the gym.
